How relevance works
Tuned In uses the interests and context available to your account to surface potentially relevant people. A match is a reason to inspect context, not a judgment that two people are compatible or safe.
Review before connecting
- 1Read the shared-interest explanation.
- 2Open the person's profile and look for a concrete point of overlap.
- 3Check whether their stated intention matches yours.
- 4Decide what small first interaction would test the fit without creating pressure.
Improve weak matches
- Make your interests more specific.
- Update stale profile text.
- Use Fields or MindsNet around topics you genuinely work on so your context becomes more meaningful.
- Skip people freely; relevance is not an obligation to connect.
